I am a doctorally prepared, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience. I began my nursing career from the ground up, serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), and Registered Nurse (RN), which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of patient care at every level. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), reflecting my continued commitment to clinical excellence and advocacy.

My interest in mental health developed during nursing school, where I consistently sought opportunities to support individuals experiencing psychiatric crises. I spent eight years working in hospital settings as a psychiatric nurse before pursuing advanced education to further strengthen my ability to serve this population.

My practice is grounded in professionalism, compassion, and respect. I provide individualized, evidence-based treatment in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, collaborating with clients and, when appropriate, other healthcare professionals to promote stability, resilience, and long-term wellness.

Outside of my professional role, I am married and a mother of triplets. In my leisure time, I love spending time with family, dancing Zumba, and walking my two Maltese dogs.
